Stage 1: Data Collection

Receive and structure your data. We take your sales or purchase data, check it's complete and correctly structured, then import it into Ecohub, our secure EPR data platform.
Collect and measure packaging data. We capture packaging specifications and material weights through onsite weighing, direct weighing at our Oxford facility, and data supplied by you or your suppliers.
Validate and cleanse. Every dataset is cross-checked against historical records, and any discrepancies are investigated before the data moves forward.
Fill any gaps. Where supplier data is missing, we extrapolate using verified sample weights from our database of over 3 million SKUs, so coverage stays at 100%.
Stage 2: Data Calculation
Using proprietary modelling and our Ecohub platform, we turn validated data into precise, audit-ready outcomes, consistent across every market you report in.
Validate and quality-check
We compare packaging tonnages by material, department and sub-department against previous reporting periods, and investigate any anomalies.
Apply calculation models
Validated and extrapolated data runs through our proprietary EPR calculation models, converting it into accurate material weights and compliant outputs.
Prepare final outputs
We generate submission-ready datasets formatted for each market's specific regulatory requirements. Small discrepancies here can cost thousands in EPR fees, this step ensures you pay the correct amount.

As an independent data company, we don't trade PRNs or operate compliance schemes, so our advice is completely impartial, based on accurate data and what's best for your business.
